• DataTherapy modernised the outdated on-premises FileMaker system by migrating it to a fully managed private enterprise cloud server, powered by the latest version of the Claris Platform.

• With the integration of Sendgrid and MessageBird, batch email and text messaging have been seamlessly incorporated into the solution to keep the Students updated.

• The access and integration with the BU London and Paris office have been streamlined, allowing for efficient data sharing with partner organisations.

• DataTherapy provide ongoing system maintenance and support with a flexible support contract, allowing Boston University to manage costs and keep their system up and running at all times.
